All our products are shipped within 3-5 working days from the time you place your order. As we are based in Ukraine, shipping times may vary depending on your country.
Shipping Time and Tracking:
- All shipments have tracking numbers. For the US, you can check at USPS.com. We use ukrposhta.ua for all international shipments.
- Delivery times are approximately 7-20 business days, depending on your location.

- Canada: 2-3 weeks
- Mexico: 4-8 weeks
- New Zealand: 2-3 weeks
- United Kingdom: 2-3 weeks
- Europe: 2-3 weeks
- Argentina: 4-8 weeks
- Australia: 2-8 weeks
- Egypt: 3-8 weeks
Shipping Costs:
- Most toys weigh up to 220 g. The shipping cost is $8 plus $6 for each additional toy.
- 20 toys weigh more than 220 g. The shipping cost for these is $18 plus $8 for each additional toy.
Guarantee: I am always here to assist you. If you have any questions, feel free to message me at any time. I guarantee the delivery of your package. In the rare event that something happens to it on the way (which happens once or twice a year), I will send you a new plush toy.
