So amazing and they were so professional. I received messages every so often letting me know the status. And when it shipped they sent me a picture of the products, the two plushies, with a little sign with my name on it. So sweet. Big companies could take a lesson from these sellers on how to treat a customer experience. Everything was perfect.

Item was carefully made. Legs are very poseable, and the most important part, it is VERY soft and nice to hold! Shop owner gave a heads up with possible delays due to the war in Ukraine. Also gave an update when the item was finished and had been shipped! Greatest experience I’ve had, both quality and service wise. Will order from here again!
