Very nice plush. Also, very wonderful and understanding customer service.\nI could not be happier with this purchase.\nI am revising my review because the Kiff plushie I ordered started to fall apart within the first 15 minutes! First a leg came off them 15 minutes later the tail started coming off! \nMy granddaughter is 15 months old and was not feeling well Christmas Eve. She is obsessed with Kiff and the plushie is cute but with her just hugging and holding it out to look at it then hugging again it should not have been coming apart. We got her preoccupied and I sewed them back on. I was mortified! One week later I got a text from my daughter inlaw ing me know she just had to sew the other arm and an ear on! \nI am so embarrassed and upset that when contacting customer service I was given a link on how to repair stuffed toys!
